I would enjoy creating a painting or drawing for you. I work in watercolor, pencil, charcoal and pastel.
DEMONSTRATIONS and WORKSHOPS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION
I delight in presenting demonstrations and/or workshops for groups. I am willing to travel to your meeting place or invite you to our studios. Below I have some examples of presentations that I have done. I am not limited to these.
Watercolor Glazing vs Wet N Wet
Glazing involves applying layers of transparent color to achieve a finished image. It can be done as a means to add detail to a piece that was done originally with a Wet N Wet or Drybrush technique. It can be done entirely as a glazed piece.
Bringing Life To Your Portrait With Color
As artists do more portraits, they discover that just adding shadows and highlights with values of the skin tone lack sparkle. Introducing additional colors into the appropriate areas can add depth, interest and drama.
How to Submit a Successful Digital Entry
I focus on de-mystifying reading a prospectus, photographing paintings/drawings and resizing images with Adobe Photoshop Elements.
